You will be given booklets on the day to take away with information from the lesson and you are also encouraged to takes notes. It’s a very informative lesson with a relaxed pace. The classes are held in small groups so you can get plenty of instruction and ask as many questions as you need to. Each class last around 2 hours. All materials are included you don’t need to bring anything just wear messy clothes.
